Carrie Lewis is the current pastry chef at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California. She has been working at the restaurant since 2007 and prior to that, she honed her skills at several other top restaurants in the Bay Area. With a passion for using local, seasonal ingredients, Carrie creates beautiful and delicious desserts that showcase the best of northern California's bounty.  Her desserts are often described as both elegant and approachable, with a focus on flavor and texture.  Carrie's work at Chez Panisse has earned her praise from diners and critics alike, solidifying her reputation as one of the Bay Area's top pastry chefs.
